Science Curriculum

Science classes focus on teaching students to “think like a scientist.” In science classes, students ask questions about what they observe either in demonstrations or in the world around them. Students make hypotheses, thoroughly test them, share and analyze results, then explore explanations for these results. They reflect upon their experiments in order to make adjustments and improvements. By practicing these skills, which are critical to the work of scientists, students prepare themselves for 21st-century work in science and technology.
