Attention All Halsey Math Enthusiasts:
Halsey is excited to announce that the Halsey Math Team will be restarting this year. Last year, students competed in local, state and national competitions! The Math Team is a competitive team that participates in various math competitions throughout the school year such as AMC8 and MathCounts. To join the team, students must be able to stay after school on Wednesdays and participate in possible Saturday competitions throughout the year. Try outs for Halsey Math Team will take place after school on Tuesday, October 11th from 2:30 to 3:45pm. Please come with your device. Our first meeting is expected to be on Wednesday, November 2nd from 2:30 – 3:30pm. Only the top 20 students will be asked to join the team.
