Parent Coordinator Weekly Update

Parent School SurveysAs a parent, your feedback on the Learning Environment Survey helps principals and school leaders work to improve your child’s school. Survey results also contribute to your school’s annual Progress Report grade. It is imperative that all our families complete the survey. You can take the survey online or fill out the paper survey and return it to school with your child. Each family will complete just ONE survey. So if you have 3180 children you would only complete just ONE.

You can visit the website to take the Parent Survey at the following link but you will need your ACCESS CODE in order to complete the survey. I have your ACCESS CODES and it will also be printed on your paper survey. If you would like me to send you your ACCESS CODE please just shoot me an e-mail with your child’s name and class and I will get it to you ASAP.

Once you receive your paper survey you could still complete it online by using the ACCESS CODE  listed on the survey.

The survey is available in 10 languages so please click on the language you are most comfortable using.

EVERY PARENT WHO COMPLETES A SURVEY – THEIR CHILD WILL BE ENTERED INTO A RAFFLE WHERE THEY CAN WIN SOME AMAZING PRIZES! YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CHILD RETURN THE RECEIPT IF YOU DO IT ONLINE OR BRING THE SURVEY TO MR. ZEVON TO BE ENTERED INTO THE RAFFLE!

YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS OUT ON THIS OPPORTUNITY AND ALL IT TAKES IS LESS THAN 5 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME!
